The loupes are amazing. I feel like my clinical skills have just been taken to another level. No more breaking my back and just a way more comfortable posture that I can now work with. Hi! <br/><br/> am Bruno Lopes, I am a Portuguese veterinary surgeon working in the UK, and I am specialising in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery. Part of my work includes small animal neurosurgery. This can be quite varied, however the most common is to remove compressive intervertebral disc extrusions from the spinal canal of dogs ranging from big Labradors and Rottweilers to small miniature Dachshunds or Chihuahuas, or even cats! <br/><br/> Using Loupes helped massively to improve my surgical skills, allowing a better visualisation of the surgery, not only due to magnification of the Loupes, but also due to the light source directly in my field of view. There are some types of surgery that due to the small (few millimeters) size of the bone drill, having a light source in the loupes help massively to see what we are doing! <br/><br/> I love my Loupes from TheLoupesCompany.
